Q: Is this compatible with the new macbook air m2

No, the MacBook Air M2 will overdrive the charger making it hot to the touch which is bad for its electronics and will cause premature failure. A 20W charger is designed to peak at 20W, not output 20W constantly. The MacBook Air M2 requires a 30W/35W charger as supplied with it by Apple and detailed on its product page.

Q: Can anyone give the actual item weight in grams? Yet again, the details say 60g, which is ridiculous (heavy). I have owned two others both around 10g.

60g is not heavy. 10g is too light for a charger, only a cheap non-compliant charger would weigh so little. Your question is ridiculous.
