I bought this iphone a few weeks b4 Xmas, upon using the phone it was faulty, glitchy and fussy speaker. I returned the phone but they said there was no fault and sent it back to me. There was 2 faults, and I know because I was using it, and I don't return things for the sake of it. Refused to refund my return postage, refused to return my case and camera case and refused to replace them. I'm now out of pocket and stuck with a faulty phone!! AVOID THIS COMPANY

I thought it would have come with a new battery for the price. Doesn't hold 100% for long. Bit disappointed as stated excellent.

Definitely worth the price! Came with about 90% battery life, which is expected as I bought second hand (it is now on 88% and had it for over a year) The condition and quality of this phone is amazing and would definitely recommend people to buy. I have a screen protector so I cannot say if it scratches easily or not but it came with no scratches and all the accessories I believe. It is fast and the functionality is great. Definitely recommend. The colour is amazing
