I would rather spend more for the Organic Sunflower Lecithin because it mixes better than this one. It mixes well for Acerola, but it won't encapsulate my Calcium-Magnesium mixture as well as the Organic Sunflower Lecithin does. I also make a mixture of several amino acids along with several antioxidants and it separates using this Rapeseed, whereas using the Organic Sunflower Lecithin comes out very smooth without any separation.

This is the best organic rapeseed lecithin available anywhere. I put two tablespoon in a glass of water and that's it. I use it every day. I have yet to find anything that compares to the quality of this item.

Great Quality Product!

The product states “organic origin, no pesticides”, but, while technically true, this is very deceptive marketing. Nowhere on the package does it state that it is certified organic, or even "organic" at all, for that matter. This is because, like most other lecithin, this product is processed with neurotoxic, highly-polluting solvents (usually hexane and acetone), which is why they can’t actually call it organic. You can actually smell the chemical solvents in this product. The only lecithin I have ever seen which is truly organic is the sunflower lecithin from Microingredients sold here on Amazon. Only certified organic products are not allowed to contain solvents like hexane and acetone.
