The Gaurdian did the review on the back. “ Intricate Images are too good to miss” I have long been a teller of stories. Be it as an actor, or artist, director, counselor. So books like this get my highest rating. But anyone can enjoy this story any age. My elderly Dad started looking through some of my illustrated children’s books and he was stunned. He loved them too. I think sometimes people who do not make art for a living forget they can enjoy this kind of thing too. Flying Eye is doing so many wonderful books. Beautiful illustrations
Gorgeous book to read, and the story is short but tender. Great lessons of open mindedness and kindness toward strangers.

Love this sweet book!
I got this book for my grand Nephew and he loves it. He is about 8 years old and an avid reader. The artwork was beautiful and right up his alley. I highly recommend.

Lovely illustrations, lame plot
The illustrations are the best part of the book about a little polar bear who wants to fly home to his parents. He was evidently separated by global warming, although that is never mentioned, So his rescue does not ring true.

Great story about inclusion
Very cute story about inclusion for kids. Great introduction to some of the heavier topics about diversity and inclusion that we’ll be discussing more and more as my daughters get older.

Recomendable 100%.

The thing is with Sandra Dieckman, she has an amazing style but story wise there's nothing to see here. Same for this book. Give your child, and yourself, her book about the forest instead and that will be a better purchase; the best one even.
