Our favorite immunity gummies. Kids love the taste and smell like candy, texture is like a gummy bear but not sticky and can be digested on an empty stomach - they haven't complained., we take them regularly for a few years now. Very consistent starting late Summer through Spring. It helps a ton, if kids get sick - they are mildly sick and get over pretty quickly. If I'm not consistent giving them these I can tell they get cough/runny nose much more often. I like that these have zinc in the ingredients, so important! This is the only vitamin that I've continued for years with my kids.

I really like these as compared to the lipomasl liquid. This was recommended by my daughter’s pediatrician and I can tell the difference. We’ve been using these for a few weeks now and I feel like she hasn’t been getting as sick as often. They taste good but are also not filled with 10 pounds of sugar.

Since starting using these vitamins, my 3 year old hasn’t had a cold. Our first year in preschool has come with lots of germs, but adding these vitamins has been noticeably helpful.
