Provides substantial compression and helps my tendonitis when lifting weights and while mousing at my computer. After measuring my hand, I ordered a small but it was difficult to put on and too tight. Medium is a better fit for me. Dr. Fredricks promptly replaced the small with the medium and I've since purchased two more. Recommended, especially for the price and the service.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this brace being such a low price but it seemed to have the fabric I wanted being copper infused and do what it was I wanted it to do. When I received it I put it on right away and it helped to stabilize my elbow and arm, it was a little tight but it needs to be because it needs to stabilize the injury in order to allow it to heal. I did purchase one size up due to the reviews that it was small and it turned out to be tight but comfortable enough.

The only reason why I’m giving it a four star is because it seems like it will really work but me listening to other people reviews talking about it too tight as to this I went with the large even for my arm size and I went with a large and is not giving me no compression it’s just loose fitting so it’s not helping so once again I’m just throwing away money… update I reached out to Amazon. They told me they would refund me my money and 2 to 3 hours so I can purchase the right size 24 hours later I reached out again. They told me 72 hours still nothing my arm is in pain and I need this sleeve thank God I reached out to the company and they said that they’re gonna go ahead and they’re going to send me out the medium I’ve never had a problem with Amazon customer service. I cannot believe them I really don’t. That is very difficult to put on by yourself when I purchase a sleeve that their website had the sizing wrong thank you for no help Amazon and it’s real funny they won’t even let me upload the sizing chart difference

Not true to size. It's too tight.
