Sound was great for about 4 weeks then lost sound in one ear.About 1 week later the other went as well.Just to be fair I read a lot about retractable headphones and found nothing wrong with the brand itself just that they are easily damaged or broken if you happen to pull on them the wrong way. Given that this is my second pair { first was different name brand } that stopped working within two months I could be just as likely to blame as the manufacturer.No more retractable headphones for me from any company.

talks to me in Chinese accent. i don't like that. also, wires hard to pull out with one hand. i have to hold the opposite side with the other hand...or it slips off. the static noise (after/before a call) is way too loud, annoying. it's light, soft, ok.. would not buy again.
