I'm a 260lb guy (nowhere near the 1000lbs it can handle) so I was a little nervous just walking on it, afraid it would break. Those fears were quickly put to rest after walking on it quite a few times then after adding my office chair. It holds up great. This thing is so durable, smooth and comfortable and it works great for really thick carpet like mine. So pleased I was finally able to trash those vinyl chair mats that kept breaking under my chair wheels.

Well I love the glass compared to the plastic. But I’m think different now. This morning I went to my office sat on my chair now mind you I weight 395-400 and do the same routine daily 5-6 times and this morning it shattered spiderwebs and glass fragments everywhere what a mess. Now to decide do I want another or go deal with plastic??Michael Houston Tx

When we originally began looking for a glass mat we were looking at a name brand that came with a healthy price tag. This was a bit more than we were wanting to spend so we sought other options. This mat is perfect ~ crystal clear and quite heavy! It will not move once it is down! Our package was huge so I feel for the delivery person who had to bring it to our door but it was well packed with protective rubber bumpers on the edge of the glass corners along with wooden braces too. We would order again!

Nice packing, no scratches or breaks. Great size. 36 x 26 Nice and shiny. Satisfied customers. I weigh 230. Hopefully no shattering or breakage. Will review again months from now.

I'm happy with it, but I do wish I'd bought the larger size. I roll off the edges of the 36" glass quite often.

Bought March 23, 2023, broke at random today and left shards all over the carpet and spent hours cleaning it all up. Figured that's what I get for buying a cheap China product. Along with no way to contact the "Manufacture" if that even is one. Just gonna stick with being on carpet and having divots than going through this again.

The package arrived in great shape. It was protected with wooden corners and shock absorbing rubber corners to protect it but the outside package was in very good shape. It is smooth and my chair rolls well on it. I was grateful that the delivery man did put it just inside my door. I had no idea how heavy it would be. I ended up bringing it into the house by sitting it up and turning it side over side until I could get it in a place to open the packaging. I would certainly recommend you unbox it as close to its location of use as possible. In my case, I had to unbox in an adjoining room and gently move it into the office. For my needs, the size fit the area that I use very well. I actually use it at two desks and it was wide enough to allow me to move from one adjacent desk to the other easily. I was pleased with the 1/4" thickness. I was concerned it might be too little but I think it is perfect.

Clear and jusr like glass. Wife keeps wsiting for it too crack. So far so good.
