This book is fantastic for keeping my 2yr old busy and the zipper bag is awesome (I actually have several of the bags but not having one come with it would have had me buying them if I hadn't already). The book and pieces are VERY sturdy but the Velcro dots DO need to be put on the book and pieces so highly recommend putting it together before letting the child see it. I spent probably an hour trying to put it together while also trying not to let the toddler lose everything. Also, put the Velcro dots on before popping out the pieces. That would have made it easier but that was on me 😂

My grandchildren loved this busy book. Amazing quality too.

Good teaching guide for toddlers

All of the pieces of this book have to be put together before the child can play with it. It took me quite a while to punch out all the cards and put Velcro on both sides so that everything would stick in the book. The children I bought it for were very excited when it arrived and couldn’t wait to get their hands on it. We did a few activities and had to wait to do the rest tomorrow. Also, on the “i” alphabet card, the word kiwi is used. As a reading teacher, I can tell you that “i” does not say ee, as in kiwi. The card should have had a picture of an ice cube, or an igloo for the accurate sounds. The word fox is used for the X sound. This is less of a problem since ex usually sounds like “ks.”.

My 2.5 yearold loves this activity book and it keeps him busy for 15-20 minutes at a time. It requires assembly, each little card needs 2 velcro stickies and it probably took me 30 minutes in total to assemble. A small thing, on the alphabet game is says "I is for Kiwi" and "X is for Fox" which doesn't follow the rest of the letters that have words matched to the 1st letter.

Really great idea, cute and colorful, I've been looking for something like this BUT the alphabet is wrong. Eg. Kiwi does not start with I; Duck does not start with U; Dove does not start with V and Fox does not start with X. - I maybe get where they were going here (has the letter in the word) but not really the complexity you want to add in for a toddler when trying to teach them ABCs. So I feel like i have to either rip these out or try to print new pictures and completely replace them, which is kind of a lot of work you shouldn't have to do. Wish they just had someone check the translation because otherwise it is such a wonderful product. I would be getting it as a Christmas gift for all of my friends with kids if not for the alphabet error. Putting it together was a breeze, super fast, not a big deal.

My three year old loves this book!

My granddaughter is 5 and is non verbal autistic and she loves busy books. This book however will not last long for her as she plays with them for hours every day and the pages for this book are thin and rip super easily off the spiral rings holding it together. The pieces that also come out are not laminated so if they get wet at all they will be useless. My daughter also has an issue with the learning parts of this book. Why use DUCK for the letter U? Or FOX for X? There’s way more other busy books out there than this one. Not recommended.
