I purchased this condiment bar for use at family picnics, and am very happy with it. It seems to be very well built and solid, given the price. All of the bins fit in snugly, there is room for a layer of ice at the bottom, and the tongs work well. On the box there is a suggestion to hand-wash only. I suspect the main concern with machine-washing is that hot water might melt the acrylic. I am extremely lazy and would rather die than wash something by hand. I was able to wash it in the dishwasher by: a) carefully removing the lid by using a screwdriver to unclip the hinge; b) placing on the top shelf with nothing else in the dishwasher; then c) washing with cold water; and d) reattaching the lid by clipping on the hinge again. As long as you're very careful with the hinge, I see no reason not to wash it this way. YMMV but that worked for me and that is what I'll continue to do. A+ product, definitely recommend.

Got this for a taco party and it worked perfectly fine. Very impressed and easy to clean. Pretty sturdy too it did not come broken at all and I like the fact that it comes with the little spoons

Used this to hold condiments for a cookout, including lettuce and tomatoes. It worked great!. Love that I can put ice in the bottom to keep everything cold. It's a little pricey for what you get, but I knew that when I purchased it!

Love the 2C sections. I used this holder to house assorted chili condiments. I wish the outer box was deeper so I could use more ice. I wish the little serving spoons were bigger and there was a cutout in the lids so you could leave them in each section. The tongs were fine. I hope I can reorder the spoons as they were so small I only got one back after the party. People probably thought they were disposable. Would order again.

I bought 2 of these for all of the ingredients for a poke bar party. They are restaurant quality -- clear and sturdy, and arrived unscratched and in good shape. They held an ample supply of the ingredients, too; I had been a little worried that they'd be too small. But really, these were perfect. Each section holds about 1 1/2 cups. It is easy to fit the ice under, too, and the imperfect crushed ice that our fridge/freezer makes was small enough. Great product!

Smaller than I expected. I purchased one but you'll really need more because it takes 2-3 sections to hold a sufficient amount of one item.

It worked just like I'd hoped and clean up was easy.

Great for when we cook wood fired pizza. Keeps the ingredients fresh and chilled.

I received this item maybe 4 weeks ago now and all the tongs have snapped just like in the photo. Considering how much I paid for 2 of these condiment holders I would appreciate tongs that lasted more than a couple weeks. The first one broke within 2 days. The container itself is wonderful and large like I wanted.

Very useful product used for first time recently at outside bbq Ideal and did exactly what we wanted it to do, keeping food fresh on the table during hot weather. Good quality, easily cleaned and looks professional Would have got 5 stars but on opening found one of the removeable trays cracked. Unfortunately it was used after the 30 days return and when contacting Amazon got no help in replacing tray as it was purchased on marketplace? Gave me a US number to phone which I wasn't prepared to do. Not like Amazon I must admit.
