The product isn’t working and upon opening youtube or any app its flickering. The product is currently in india so please advise on return policy, can amazon india collect it directly.

Warranty not received by seller
I've been received this phone it work properly. But this phone from Korea I don't know how to claim if phone damage or I want to repair in warranty. And warranty 3 years by manufacturer I didn't receive in packaged.
