Nicely punches out the size circle for a project I've been working on. Better than doing it with scissors. Such a straight line. Nice quality

This was my first circle punch. I got it for a craft project, and tried it on a variety of paper thicknesses. It works fine on paper, photographs and scrapbook-weight paper stock. I even tried it on lightweight cardboard and that worked well, too. Heavier cardboard was a no-go. A transparent plastic cover (which is easy to open and shut) provides a thick protective cover between the blade and the table you're working on. Also, it lets you see where you position your paper, so the cut will be made where you want it. One caveat: I have occasionally had a bit of trouble pulling out the paper disc, so caution is required with anything sharp like this. I definitely prefer the results using this punch, but it should be noted that plastic templates that let you trace circles onto paper are cheaper and easier to store. Just a matter of preference. I'm confident this will get a lot of use.

The media could not be loaded. So far so good, it's doing what it's supposed to do. It gives a clean cut. Easily fits in your hand. Sometimes the tray at the bottom gets stuck when you're trying to get the paper out.

I purchased this hole puncher along with a kit that punched 3 slightly smaller hole from a different manufacturer. The kit worked beautifully. This was a piece of junk. It constantly jams or tears the paper.
