When using it as a- vaccum it has very poor suction. When using it as a hand held the vaccum is better.

Weaker suction than I hoped for, but good battery life.

This vacuum worked good for about 6 months before binding up and quitting. I kept it clean (cleaned it after each use).

I paid almost $200. for this vacuum and it is by far, the worst purchase I have ever made. It has zero suction and fails to pick up even the slightest crumb. I am trying to return it but have not succeeded yet :(

Cons:The power floor attachment does not have a LED light as stated in the description. Roller brush is chintzy and makes an annoying squealing sound while running and just bogs down and stops on carpeting that has any thickness at all, it struggles on medium pile throw rugs. Suction is mediocre, it works well on bare floors for quick pickups of dust, dirt, and pet hair, but will not pick up anything much larger than that and is sub par when using brush or crevice attachment with the pole connection. Power floor attachment looks like it should be able to fit directly to main vacuum body but after repeated attempts I could not attach it that way, plastic housing surrounding the plug is just a bit too large to allow connection. Big bummer for me because I wanted to use it that way to vacuum stairs. Filters clog very easily, particularly the roundHEPA filter, dust collects very quickly on the underside of it and affects performance. Cyclone cone filter inside the dust cup also clogs quickly. Vacuum arrived in a plain brown box, no branding, and the manual makes no mention of a warranty and has no company contact info.Pros:Vacuum is very lightweight and feels well balanced when using. Connections snap together well and the dust cup is pretty easy to detach and empty. Brush roller is easy to remove for cleaning, just slide the tab up on left side of roller, lift it up, and roller is accessible. Stated charge time of 2.5 hours was accurate and run time was also on target, I used it approximately 20 minutes on high speed and charge light stayed blue. Handle has a non slip grip and is comfortable when vacuuming.If you're looking for a cheap cordless vacuum for quick light cleaning of bare floors or low nap rugs this will do, but don't expect it to do much beyond that.

This vacuum is very loud...You have to clean it out after every use,,otherwise it gets plugged up in the stick I am disappointed,in it"s performance,...The power is not strong enough to push the dirt all the way to the filter

It works wonderfully!Only drawbacks are the charging unit gets quite hot, so I make sure to unplug once charged and some gobs of dust/cat hair can build up on the floor part; but it's way better suction and convenience of no cord, close to Dyson design without the large price tag...far out-weaighs the minor negatives. It has two speeds! and works well on the lower setting! (how many times have you ran the vacuum over something, again and again and then you lean over and just pick it up? That alone makes me recommend it!

I bought this product based on recommendation from a friend who just recently bought one - not knowing that we encountered the same issue after several use. Suction got weaker and weaker every time to the point where even bread crumbs are not being pulled up. No after sales service.
