i was able to mount both my monitors instructions were clear and i’m very happy with the look im able to tilt the top monitor and to adjust the height of the monitor you use the wrench in the back to loosen the thing so you can adjust the height if the monitor

Seemed like a good idea at the time but once I got it set up, the monitor, while within the size and weight limits, rotates clockwise on its own. I've tried to level it a few times and as soon as I take my hands off... It slowly tilts until the right corner is touching my desk.UPDATE 12/24/2021:After contacting the seller, they sent two replacement mounts. It was pretty fast too.Dec 20, 2021 6:58 PM: 1st email sent explaining the issue.Dec 20, 2021 8:24 PM: They asked me to make sure I couldn't tighten it.Dec 20, 2021 9:27 PM: I replied and said that there was no way to tighten it and sent the attached pic.Dec 20, 2021 10:22 PM: They asked for my address to send a replacement mount.Dec 20, 2021 11:32 PM: Address sent.Dec 21, 2021 12:29 AM: They said they would send the tracking number when it was ready to go out.Dec 22, 2021 8:04 PM: Tracking number sentDec 23, 2021 8:07 AM: Replacement mount deliveredI had a problem and the problem was solved quickly. Can't argue with that.They seem to be a lot tighter. I'll try to set it back up again this weekend.

Love it, works great. Don't have a lot of space on my desktop and with the stand for my monitor didn't have much room for anything. This solved that issue and also placed my monitor at a better level for viewing. And yes I now have space for other things to pile up. Very easy to install and adjustments were very easy also. Really like this item.

Ended up getting it for one screen just because my screen is kinda big works great amazing quality can’t beat the price
