Works well, easy to install. The front sight on my Glock 17 broke, and this works well enough as a simple replacement.

Well made slight problem
Well made, fits the Glock hole, easy to install if you have a good Glock front sight tool. The screw hole in the sight goes into the white plastic insert piece. The hole is not threaded, you do that when you install the sight. It is easy to get it wrong and hard to get it torqued down tight enough with out striping out the plastic. I remove the sight half way thru the process and cut the threads first using a Glock tool and the provided screw. A big problem for me is the screw hole goes all the way through the sight. Out in the sun light that hole give off a reflection that prevents me from having a clear idea of just where the top of the front sight is in relation to the top of the rear sight making shooting a good group impossible. I plan to fill that hole with black fingernail polish from the top and see how that works the next time we have a sunny day, eh? So I guess this is not much of a recommendation to buy this sight?
