Our dog has worn the collar a few times and we have used the spray maybe 5 times. We say quiet before spray. He stopped the barking after a couple of times and now responds to the quiet command if he does bark. This has been amazing!!

I bought these collars because they are automatic citronella collars AND have remotes where you can beep them or spray the dogs for training purposes. However, the remotes are basically useless and the description of usage by the seller is very misleading. After spending hours deciphering the code-like instruction manual from what I can tell, you can't use the remotes AT ALL when the dogs are wearing the collars if they are already in the automatic setting. You would have to take them off the dogs, turn them off, and completely reset each collar to each remote and then send them outside, knowing that then the collars ONLY work by remote, and no longer work automatically, so you then have to go through the entire process all over again- EVERY TIME you want to switch! I mean that is INSANE!!! Especially if you have two dogs. Obviously, this is not practical and I will need to return them. I will say that in automatic mode the collars work well and my dogs have not barked, but I am very sad that the remotes don't work as there are a lot of other collars on the market I would have bought instead, and the fact that there is absolutely NO customer service for these collars makes me give them a 1 star. How can you not be available at all???

This stopped our dog barking in the car (when she sees deer, etc.) almost immediately. It's a great product. But I lost the remote device. Any way to buy just that?

It’s sprayed a couple of times when we first got it. I have tried refilling it, upon testing , there is no spray coming out at all! Waste of $

Our pup is still getting used to the citronella spray and is reacting appropriately - get training aid.

It took one charge and worked great. Dog learned easily. We thought this was the answer. The remote worked but it was hit or miss. On auto it did what it was supposed to do. After that first charge it never worked again.

Stopped working immediately after getting wet.

My dog trainer suggested I get one of these to help my dog. The first one I got was from a different company and it wouldn’t spray when he barked so I decided to try one that has a remote just in case it also doesn’t recognize his barking. So far, it has had no trouble recognizing his barks.
