Strong Clove Smell
Heats well and comfortable, very very strong clove smell will make you smell like cloves after use.

Stitching error--terrible!
I bought this same neck wrap a few years ago and still love to use it. I decided to buy another one to have two on hand and this one is terrible. The stitching is different with three separate compartments for the heating beads and the middle one is empty. No heating beads at all! So the part that actually rests on my neck is not warm at all b/c it's just fabric. Now I have to figure out how to return it. Very annoying.

Pretty but not very efficient
This does not get as cold as I want. Not really very useful. Would not recommend it if you really have pain.
