Fantastic does the job perfectly.

The media could not be loaded. Straight out of the box this thing was faulty and dangerous with flames constantly coming out the top of the nozzle and the need to constantly relight it.I immediately opened up a return and the customer representative was extremely professional and polite, however they did not provide a postage label for me to return it and I ended up wasting the best part of a day trying to find somewhere that would take it.My local post office wouldn't take it because they don't deal with large parcels, after travelling to town and queueing I found the post office in town doesn't do freight forwarding, I went to a UPS Access Point and their system was down, then I found somewhere else but misread and went to the wrong place, then the next place wouldn't accept it without a shipping label already printed, then I went home to buy and print a label but UPS refused because it was classified as dangerous goods, then I had to travel to the next town for APC where the receptionist didn't speak English well and the staff made multiple mistakes including trying to ship it to the "from" address. The whole thing has been an absolute ballache.In the end, fortunately the guy issued a refund without me having to return it. I will be taking it to be recycled as I would never want to use it with the problems it has.

Doesn’t remove snow unless you buy a lot of gas and have a lot a time
