This backpack would be great for a child headed into Pre-K or for going on short trips, but it is definitely NOT a backpack suitable for actual school. A notebook would probably not even fit in here, and if it did, only maybe 1 would fit. Returning it would have been more of a hassle than it's worth, so we kept it because it IS cute and seems to be decent quality.. but we cannot use it for school like we originally planned to. Also, I haven't noticed any glowing in the dark lol.

Very upset that this product says it glows in the dark WHEN IT DOES NOT. My 5 year old was so excited to have this backpack because of the glowing T. rex. But now he’s upset because he thinks it’s broke. Now I’m upset that I paid the money for a glowing back pack when it doesn’t do so. Very very disappointed.

I got this backpack for my 5-year old kindergartener. This is a good size for his back and large enough to fit his school folder, lunch box and extra materials without being too cumbersome for him. It’s also very soft and collapsible which makes it easy to travel with and store.

I have a kindergartner boy who is rough, rugged, and thinks he is a dinosaur himself! He has stuffed numerous items that aren’t paper or books or pens. His lunch, juice boxes, dirt and rocks. This backpack is easy to clean, durable, and HE LOVES HOW BRIGHT THE DINOS GLOW IN THE DARK!!! Perfect size for a pre-k to 1st grade age!
