Q: How many pages can I print from this cartridge?

It depends on what you are printing. If you are printing black only, text pages, you can expect 500 to 600 pages. Regular print, about 300 pages if you are lucky. That's for the 702XL black. Regular 702 black, you can expect half of those numbers. The printer also uses a lot of ink as it cycles through it's (involuntary) cleaning process. BTW, don't by the remanufactured inks. They are a different viscosity that the printer is not set up for and they will permanently clog the print heads over time. Pay the price and buy the Epson brand. I've had too many problems over 25 years with the cheapskate dye based ink than the OEM pigment ink that doesn't smear with the real Epson cartridges.

Q: I've purchased the black xl but never the colors in xl size. will those fit in the same space as the regular capacity ink?? i assume they will??

You can buy XL color cartridges but they are more expensive. They fit in the same slot whether they are standard capacity or XL capacity. The color standard capacity cartridges are filled half full. The XL color cartridges are filled all the way up. The XL black ink has a double cartridge because every page uses black to some degree so there is double the ink.

Q: will XL colors fit the wf - 3720

The WF-3720 will definitely accommodate a black XL cartridge (I've got one in ours), but that is a double-wide cartridge. If the color XL cartridges are equally large, I don't see how they would fit in the carriage. If they have made them the same size as regular cartridges (as I have seen HP do), then there would be no problem.

Good success with these printer inks

Amazon gets them to me pronto! Really like that! Colors in printing are quite good. I feel as if they are priced maybe 10% too high but when you need them, you need them. They are relatively easy to install and no messy ink stained fingers!
