Item is another example of Chinese junk. It is flimsy and cheap - in quality, but not in price. Even with all the expensive batteries it requires I could not believe that the keypad does not light-up when receiver is lifted or when it rings! This renders the phone almost useless to me. The buttons are very poor, cheap quality, like on a $1 toy. The Caller ID screen is so small with such light-coloured info that it is almost impossible to read, WITH glasses! I ordered it for the colour. Nothing good about this phone!

As you can see from the description, this phone is green and has caller ID. I ordered two. Both were black and neither had caller ID. The green phone I ordered arrived cotton candy pink without the caller ID as described.

Very reliable telephone and conducive to HEARING IMPAIRMENT. Loud and audible for those in need or not. Good telephone for everyone.

I received a completely different item! It's a solid black phone with no caller ID. Returning.
