Baskets are great quality made with thick material. Very nice grey color.Unlike he other reviews, I had no problem getting the folds out of my baskets! I just used a hot steamy iron and after about 2 minutes the basket looked perfect! Check out the comparison of the one I ironed and the one I did not! It stands beautifully on its own with nothing in it and it’s totally round with no signs of where it was folded!

Nice size, attractive. Seems to be sturdy, but can’t tell yet. Be aware that this basket is shipped and delivered folded flat. I did use a steam iron to try to smooth out the folds. It worked fairly well, but was not as perfectly appearing as the product photo. After steaming there were no sharp folds, but the sides of the basket had a few ripples. According to the description these should work themselves out over time. We’ll see—

Showed up folded and it will not keep it's shape. The walls fold in an collapse unless full with laundry, etc. I have used a hard round laundry basket inside of it to keep it nice and tall, however using 2 laundry baskets to keep 1 looking nice is not ideal. Wish it had a stronger frame to keep up on its own. Would buy again, but buyer beware if you think it will keep its shape when empty.

I needed something to keep a few of my 2 year old’s toys in downstairs since her playroom is upstairs. I ordered this basket and it’s perfect! It arrived very smashed in and dented (see before pic) but I put an iron to it for a few minutes and the dents came right out (see after pic). I will purchase more.

I do like this basket. I have been using as my daughter’s dirty clothes basket and it as held up well. The reason why it is not a 5 star product is because it does not stand up on its own (never has) and there is no way it could hold a weeks worth of adult dirty laundry unless you cram and stuff your clothes down.I have purchased another laundry basket for my daughter and have started using this one for her stuffed animals. It serves its purpose well enough.

Ordered the large size and they are perfect for my utility cubbies. Purchased six in the color grey. Great quality only issue I have is they are shipped folded and it took me a long time to get that round look. I steamed but to no avail - i stuffed with many beach towels an it took approx. two weeks to remove the points of the fold. Otherwise, great buy

I’m very pleased with this purchase. I had purchased a different basket that didn’t work with my space at all and was disappointed — So I took a chance on this one and am so happy I did. When I opened it up I was even happier with the color than I thought I would be, it’s a very pretty light, neutral grey. I was a little worried it would be too cool with some of my warmer, beige decor but it looks great. It was crumpled and caved in when I opened it (I expected this) and I opted not to seam or anything and you know what? I’m not mad about it. I put I large, heavy blanket in the bottom and it looks just fine now. I’ll probably grab another for my bedroom, for this price why wouldn’t I? I’ve already sent the link to a few friends. This basket is great, pick one up, you won’t be sorry.

I bought this because I was trying to be frugal and avoid buying the one I saw at the store for $37, but at this point, I may just go buy it. This was smashed into a flat box (to save on shipping? I don't know) and it didn't even resemble a rope basket. I know someone mentioned ironing it. I really don't see how that would help because it was so folded and bent up, and even if it does, I really don't have the time for that. I'd rather spend the extra money for something that doesn't require that much work.It was really disappointing.

Arrived quickly. However because of the way it was packed(flat and folded) it will never be round. However because of this it does fit in a corner quite nicely but you do loose a bit of valuable space

Very misleading. The way its been packaged flat and folded means when you unpack it it's not got its original shape like the seller stock images. Very disappointing. Also not true likeness to the size in the photos, it's been photoshopped to look bigger. My own fault really for not checking the measurements. No problem with the seller, was delivered quickly but the product is not worth the money.

Overall 3 stars because I’ve one had it for months and it hasn’t regained its shape to a circle as it was delivered all squashed down and flat

The basket comes folded but I was able to steam iron the creases and it was effective. I now have a round basket. I use this for shoe storage but can be used for laundry, storing throws, clothes, kids toys or just hiding mess. Made of fabric so great if you have kids around. I am really pleased with this purchase.

The basket is decent quality except that it is badly creased from packing. The instructions said to pack it full to ease the creases out, which we did but it hasn't made any difference. It's annoying, as I wanted the basket looking like the picture, permanently creased and misshapen.
