I was mounting an entertainment center to my wall but live in a condo, so there was a massive fear of hitting a pipe in the sprinkler system and destroying not only my unit, but the people's below me. I took a chance on buying this, seeing some negative reviews, and I have to say that it worked well for me and did what it needed to do. After cutting a hole in the drywall and pushing through some insulation I was able to locate not only the location of the pipes, but the studs as well. This thing saved me from a potential massive insurance hell.I should also mention that I was able to install and use the product on both iOS and Android.

Nice tool to have to explore the hard reach places. This endoscope camera is easy to setup and download the app to use wireless function on my Android smart phone. We just installed a new vanity in the rest room with a tight space. One of the molding falling behind and can't reach by hand. This camera has a hook tool that can be attached to retrieve small items. Use the camera to reach the molding and retrieved and pulled out. This endoscope is a keeper and useful tool for the tool box. Nice accessories and good pricing. Good quality and well made.

Followed directions - not difficult, but not a good translation into English. All the lights blinked in the proper sequence, as described, in the instructions. iPhone connected to the WiFi broadcast by the unit. The six LED’s lit and responded to the wheel on the cable - but the camera didn’t work. Ratings on Amazon for this item were positive - ratings in iTunes Store for the app needed to connect the camera were not - bad, and now I know why. It connected, the controls worked, but the camera did not. Faulty unit? Dunno. I bought it to scope my dryer vent. Now I’m going to have to go into the crawl space and disconnect 20’ of dryer hose. Sigh

I bought this for my husband who works on just about everything from our house to vehicles and boats. This is perfect for anyone's tool box. It is so nice that is has wifi and is wireless. It is fast and easy to set up. It can be used to fit into tight/close places and the cord is stiff enough to stay when bent. It is definitely worth the price.

Product works quite well, app is easy to use and the image quality is fine (like an older cell phone camera). Unfortunately it isn't quite long enough for my need (it is 15ft, but what I need to see is apparently farther down than that).As long as what you need to see is within 15ft this'll do the trick. Definitely a handy device!

Really a great tool to have around the house. Perfect for looking in the pipes, vents or just behind large heavy objects around the house. The camera has built in LED lights which can be adjusted as needed and the quality of the video is HD with great detail. A necessary tool for the DIY. This will be charged and added to my toolbox.

The stiff flex cable worked well. Easy to connect to my note 5. Unfortunately the clarity is too low to make our details near or far. I used to find leaks in my roof but could only make our whatever was close to the lens. Terrible for low light conditions as well.

I had high hopes for this product however it didn't work, I tried different things and did everything the instructions said but still nothing. Very disappointed.

With a background in Telecomms engineering my suspicions were raised when it asked to connect to it's transmitter Wi-Fi in order to work and the Wi-fi connection wasn't secure. Then within the application it then asked me to connect to the transmitter Wi-Fi plus all my other Wi-Fi devices in order to work. Absolutely no way on this planet was I allowing this device to effectively 'Snoop' all of my wi-fi devices and therefore gain access to anything connected on my network via wifi. And just to add with a background in the Royal Navy Submarine Service Communications branch (now a veteran) I am very hot on security as I was cleared to above top secret. And cyber security now is a passion of mine. All the alarm bells rang with this device at that point and I realised I had made a fatal mistake. There is no way that the chinese are going to use this device to snoop into my network and potentially steal data from my machines using this device. I suggest people think very HARD before they consider buying this device even though it has over 1000 5 star ratings.

Habe mir die Kamera gekauft um die Hohlräume ( türschweller ) usw bei meinem Audi 100 Avant C4 Baujahr 1991 an zu sehen und was soll ich sagen die Bilder Sprechen für sich. App installierten ,kamera vorher laden einschalten einen Moment wachten ca. 30 sek. Dann welan öffnen und die wifi Lookxyx verbinden, dann die wifi look app öffnen und man sieht die Bilder, man kann auch Videos machen Super.

Just received this, seems I’ve bought a used item !!!Package had already been opened. Not very impressed really with what I thought was a brand new product and could have gone to eBay if I’d wanted a second hand item at a second hand price.I’m going to test it out to see if it’s fully working but a bit concerned on how well or not it was treated by the previous buyer !!!!To be honest I think this is disgraceful behaviour and should have been sold at a discounted price.

Put 4 m down waste water pipe to confirm suspicion that tree roots were the cause of recurring blocked drain.The battery was charged when it arrived so i could use it straight away. Saved me over £100 for a drain camera and I'll definitely use it again for other jobs. Its waterproof , easy to clean and has an adjustable light on the end you can control. The photos and the videos are really clear. Very happy with purchase - i only wish it could cut the roots for me too
