Works great, well thought out
I have made a couple cross-cut sleds, but with my new saw I wanted something that could function both for 90 degree cuts and miters. Like other things I have bought from Rockler, this is well thought out, solid, works great, and is just a little more expensive than I would like. I bought the drop-off sled, which for me is a requirement to get a nice zero-clearance edge. I made some quick adjustments by tightening the screws on the bars to eliminate play, and was off to the races. It works, it works fast -- if it holds like other Rockler stuff I've bought, the money is well spent. If you need a cross-cut sled and for whatever reason don't want to make one yourself, this is solid -- recommended.

Accuracy and speed.
This sled is a godsend! I've never had more accurate cuts. The inclusion of the adjustable miter, hold down clamp, and sliding stop is genius and makes every job 100 times easier and faster. It works great on my portable rigid saw, with a few addendums.1. If the bottom of the hold down is not perfectly seated in the channel underneath, it can and will scratch the table surface.2. It would've been nice if it came with a right-to-left reading ruler installed on the fence. I had to search for a while for one that was short enough that I wasn't wasting 4 ft, but long enough to span the fence. Not an easy find. This I believe is something Rockler could easily remedy.3. This is probably the biggest gripe. While the sled works great on its own, the drop-off side is almost a must-have. For the high price, it should be included. The decision to sell it separately, by Rockler, almost smacks of greed.Otherwise, I am extremely happy with it and would still recommend it to hobbyist and pro alike.

easy set up and calibration
I got my sled today 8/26/19 set the sled up maybe took 15 minutes. Calibrated it on my table saw and did some practice cuts. I did a 90 degree 45 degree and even a 22 1/2 degree all were perfect. As i did these cuts I checked them with my digital level and angle finder. All three cuts were right on the money. The variance was very impressive within thousands. I do not think I could have built one with that kind of tolerance. Very impressive product. I will by from Rockler again. If there customer service is as good as there products this is a fantastic company.

Good sled
I didn’t want to waist time building a sled so I bought this one. I gave it four stars for two reasons. The hold down bracket is useless on wide pieces and the drop off piece should come with the sled. It’s an essential part of the sled and should be sold as one device.

Should have bought sooner
This crosscut sled is awesome. It works great on my Ridgid R4520 10 inch table saw. The set up is a breeze and they make it very easy to get a .001 inch accuracy in seconds. Can you build a better one to suit your needs and probably be more accurate? Sure I'm guessing you can. But for the price, the accuracy and the ease this is well worth the purchase.

Useful table saw accessory, but overpriced
A sled is a useful table saw accessory and Rockler items are usually high quality.I've got limited experience with sleds and this is a good addition to my workshop. I'm concerned that the MDF table may have moisture problems, since I'm located in Florida and my woodshop is in a converted garage. As expensive as this unit is, it would be preferable to have something other than MDF as the main element. For now, it's functioning properly, but I'm not ready to recommend it to others until it's durability has been proven.

Easy to use
I use this sled for all crosscuts on my SawStop. It seems safer, more solid, and more accurate than a miter gauge. I also offer use it to make tenons by nibbling away — too much trouble to switch to a dado blade.

Great results & easy setup
I had been eyeing this for a while (on YouTube) and finally bought it to improve the process of cutting geometric canvases (e.g. heptagon, octagon, etc.). The only issue is I have a modest, Bosch TS3000 table saw, and this sled overhangs on the left side. The overhang is just enough to require gentle support by hand to keep it in place. Otherwise, it will fall off! Luckily I found this side support by Bosch that fixes this issue ("Bosch TS1008 Left Side Support for Table Saw"). This will definitely help until I graduate to a large table saw.
