Delivered on time and working, usual Ledger quality. Feels much better than the older Nano S model and works much better. One thing I would say though is that Ledger do either a trade in program or make it cheaper/give discount to customers coming from older models, as this was a forced upgrade essentially. Apart from that all good.

Why would anyone purchase a cold wallet, only to be let down by the manufacturer who has opened up a security hole in the ecosystem through their ‘recover’ function. It might be a good idea in principle, but in reality this has simply made the devices susceptible to being hacked. Poor form from Ledger.

USB function's stability is horrible. Avoid at all costs. Returned it within days.
