This would honestly be pretty useless for clothes as it's very unstable and definitely wobbly. The cross bar has to be loaded evenly or it immediately tips and dumps everything on the ground. However, I'm giving it three stars because I bought it to hang a banner in a craft booth and it's perfect for that! I had to add a couple of extensions because my banner is right feet wide, but it goes to the perfect height for my use. So if you're hoping to hang clothing or anything heavy I'd go with something else, but if you need something like I did it's an affordable easy option. Also it takes up almost no room when folded so traveling is a breeze.

It pretty much comes assembled, you just have to insert the top half into the base and that’s it. The extenders are great, you just have to balance the weight of course. I especially love that it folds up pretty compact enough to store in a closet corner.
