Male end wasn't crimped enough to fit into downspout. Any attempt to adjust results in thick paint flaking off.

Perfect to combine regular house gutter with the Lanai gutter. So after the lanai was put in the lanai cage people put their own gutter along the back of the house, so when everything was finished I had two downspouts running parallel with each other on both sides of the back of my home. This diverter spout was exactly what I needed to clean up the extra unnecessary downspout. I had to do some trimming to get the two downspouts the same length, but it was as easy as that.
