Works great... annoyingly short cord
This works very well. I used the floor attachments. I haven't used the other attachments yet. What I like is how fast it heats up the water. It worked very well cleaning the floor and freshening up the carpet. The handle seemed a little wobbly. The most annoying thing about this product is how short the cord is. It's only about 6 feet which is not enough when going around furniture and the plug is 2 feet away. In the kitchen, the plugs are up high and I had only 4 feet of cord so it makes more work finding plugs.

Its gonna take some time!
I do like the mop, We live in Tenerife in a rented bungalow, and we have extremely hard water here, the bathrooms have years of build up of Calc on them!! The Steam mop does loosen it and I am sure after a few goes it will break it down.. but its going to take time!.. overall it seems to be a great product, not really used it to its full potential yet.. as I have not had the time!>

Great steam head the rest of the product is insufficient
The mop head is great with all the steam holes the rest of the product is very flimsy the handles very weak and the cord isn’t long enough

Not a bad steamer. Gets very hot. One downside is that it spits water sometimes when using the window cleaning attachment.

Not sturdy
I have had this for 6 months and really do like it, but the downfall is the floor pad refuses to stick to the mop and the handle is very flimsily and makes one think it could snap. I want one that is sturdy so would not order another of this brand.

This steam mop was a major improvement from a different manufacturer's that I already owned. I absolutely love the way it gets into corners and edges of trim, it is easy to use, I do not have to exert pressure on it for it to steam the dirt off of my textured tile floors. I have yet to use it on the tiles in my bathroom, but that is my next project!!! So far, it is great. When I saw the same mop at Amazon for a much lesser price I jumped on it and am glad I did!!
