Travels VERY well. Holds more than you think. Durable.
21” size – UPDATED REVIEWI have been traveling with this bag for 9 months now and have run this bag through 18 flights to-date. I will try to answer as many questions as I can in this review.I just measured my bag: Exterior dimensions of the “21 inch” bag: 22 x 15 x 8" INCLUDING THE WHEELS and hand handle with the telescoping handle folded in.Internal packing area: 15.5 x 13.5 x 6.0". This can be increased to 15.5x13.5x7.0. by unzippering the center zipper. G, which is a good idea for road travel but not a good idea for flying. If you fly a large jetliner, it makes no difference. If, however, you are flying a regional jet, they have a depth limit of 9". It is easy to stuff your bag in such a way that the soft side presses out more than 9". If you don't extend your case, it is easy to squish the side to make it fit, but if you have extended the case to 9" and then overstuff it, the bag will wind up checked on those "RJ" jets. Will it fit overhead?: Most aircraft? - Yes. Small regional jets?- Actually it will but they may make you gate check it anyway. Will this fit under the seat: Usually not.The outer pocket is good for items up to 13.5 x 12.5 x 1". The pocket is actually 15" high but because of the zipper placement, I call the useful pocket height 13.5"There has been a lot of speculation in the reviews as to how much this case can hold and how durable it will be in the long run. The durability of the canvas-like cloth exterior has been excellent and it wipes clean when the airlines are abusive. In the 9 months that I have owned this bag, it has been on 18 flights; some as carry on and a few as checked luggage. It has been to the Mountains of Montana, the remote southern deserts, and the "wilds" of Las Vegas. Despite the wobbliness of the handle, it holds up very well and is easy to operate. I am careful to pack right and I've never had a tip-over issue. The wheels have worked well on tile, linoleum, carpet, concrete, asphalt, dirt, and snow. My typical load is 5 days' worth of clothes, toiletries, and "paperwork," plus a large (weekly planner type). And, I have never opened the expansion section.Isn't 15.5 x 13.5 x 6.0" rather small? Well, that depends on how and what you pack. If you lay your clothes in and load as you go, then yes, this is a small bag. However, if you pack like me (roll everything up then pack it, then hang your clothes up on the other end) this bag is all you need. On a trip a few weeks ago, I packed 6 days-worth of clothes, including a suit and a change of shoes, into the main compartment without extending it. I put my 3-1-1 (toiletry bag) in the side pocket with my itinerary and placed this bag in the overhead. Without the suitcoat, I could have gotten a laptop in there too. As was, I was able to carry a "pad" and a few small souvenirs or snacks in the side pouch. If you carry curlers or a blow dryer, though, you will only get 2-3 days-worth in there. Also, pack evenly or the bag may be off balance when standing.Empty weight: 5.5 poundsLength from wheels to top of extended handles: 42”Outside pockets: 1 (the other zipper is to expand the capacity)Are the wheels removable? NoWill a laptop fit in the front pocket?: No, but an iPad will. How many total wheels? 4Can I use a TSA padlock?: Yes

Great product at a fair price
We bought two of these and they worked GREAT. Holds lots of stuff and made sturdy. Easy peasy to roll them.

Zipper issues
Great except that the front pocket zipper broke after minimal use, and the main zipper soon began to function with more difficulty than other brands of luggage of similar cost and size.

Initial thoughts on unboxing + UPDATE!
An important note: I just got this yesterday. Haven't brought it on any trips yet. This is also my first time getting rolling luggage for carry-on. That being said, here's what I have to say after a first look, quick testing, and measurements:Exterior: Outside of the luggage looks great, material seems to be durable (at least enough for carry-on rather than being thrown into checked luggage). Outside zipper for things you might need easy access to. Second zipper allows for some expansion - I would say about or less than an inch? It's a little hard to tell. Third zipper opens the main compartment of the luggage - has an option for a lock if you want to use one, but does not come with one included. One handle on the top and one on the side for carrying. Wheels roll just fine on smooth wood and also on an area rug with texture.Exterior Measurements: This was what I was most worried about. I got the 21" luggage and (measured with wheels included) got measurements ~20.5×14.5×9. I tried overstuffing the main compartment with pillows and blankets, and I think if you don't expand the 2nd compartment, it will squish down enough to fit 9". The handle extends about 17" above the top of the luggage - I'm about 5'5" and this is at a comfortable height, slightly shorter than elbow height. The wheels are about 3" tall.Inside: Zippered section on the inside of the flap. Buckled straps to hold/compress your stuff. The diagonal measurement of the inside of the actual storage area is about 21". It was a bit hard to take these measurements since the inside liner material doesn't take the exact form of the shell of the luggage, but as flat as I could get it at the floor of the whole space, I got around 18"×14"×7" (7" depth at the very top, you can overstuff it a bit and it'll still zip closed). Like others have said, the main compartment does not take advantage of the space/area between the wheels.I'm excited to try this, as the last trip I took, I was lugging my duffel bag over my shoulder for a couple miles, and I really don't want to mess up my back somehow. Hope this works out! Will be sure to post an update when I do get some travel time in with it.UPDATE: Just took this on a 10-day trip, and oh man I should have gotten this way sooner. It was a great size for the overhead compartment on Southwest - it was able to fit in the compartment either sideways or with the handle sticking out towards the aisle no problem. This luggage, combined with the compression packing cubes I bought, held everything I needed + more (I'm still struggling with packing light!). It seems that every so often the wheels will want to drift a slightly different direction, but it's not a problem if you just hang onto the handle. Overall, I am very happy with this suitcase, and am so glad I don't have to worry about running around with a heavy duffel slung over one shoulder anymore!

Poor Quality
Bought it for international travel. First day at the airport, right side of the handle latch kept slipping. It was very difficult to travel with it. Once came back, tried for a replacement. Amazon says "This item is not eligible for return or replacement". It is now not usable. Not worth it.

Best Bang for Your Buck!
I have been travelling with this carry-on throughout Mexico for over 1-year now. It has been through many airplane (as checked baggage a few times) and bus rides and is still like new! I love that I can pack so much into this bag and it even expands if needed (which I haven't needed yet). This carry-on easily fits into the overhead compartment on the airplane and the 4 swivel wheels make it a breeze to roll along beside me everywhere I go (even on the sometime rough cement, cobblestones, and other questionable surfaces in Mexico). In fact, I recently changed out my 25-inch suitcase and backpack while I have kept this carry-on because it is perfect.

Cheap but does the job.
Size is good and it fits a surprising amount but just know that due to the proportions this bag topples over anytime you put a backpack on top. While that may not seem like a big deal, it happens all the time and sometimes it’s really hard to pick up the bed and you end up embarrassing yourself in public. It also feels a little cheap but I guess the bag is cheap so that makes sense
