Nice product
I've never take 20mg before because feels to much but my opinion, other small melatonin doesn't work so I almost disapoint about that and I realized need more to take and works great

Helps me sleep
Its a gummy and tastes good but I have terrible insomnia so I take 3 each night. They take about 2 hrs to begin working for me but I fall asleep quickly

Works Great BUT the Taste is Undesirable
The product works for me allowing me to fall asleep. However, it is a gummy and the taste is awful. I have to swallow them like a pill, which is not what I wanted to do, that’s why I bought it in gummy form.

Weird flavor
They were a good consistency with a very strong flavor. Kinda tasted flowery, which I didn't particularly care for. But they did get the job done anyway, despite the taste.

Going back to Nature Made
I thought this was a good deal, but I have taken 20 mg's of this product the last two nights, and first off it tastes HORRIBLE... Second, I have have been wide awake at 2am both nights... The Nature Made gummies taste and work much better....
