At the recommendation of my midwife to get red raspberry leaf tea to help with my baby's birth, I decided to get this because it was a good price relative to what was available on Amazon (4 boxes, each with 22 individually wrapped tea bags for $18). It was shipped quickly, got it two days later. Each box was sarran wrapped and there was also another sarran wrap layer keeping all four boxes together. Bought this in April 2023 and expiration dates were June 2024. While this tea has a mild flavour, I like it and love that it's naturally caffeine free. I agree with others that it tastes like black tea; I don't get any hints of raspberry flavour. I drink from a very large mug so I use two tea bags. I can drink it plain, but adding a little bit of honey makes it so delicious. Who knows if it will actually help with birthing my baby, but I have been enjoying this tea once to twice a day since I bought it.

Great tasting tea. Supports the female system. Tastes great. No bitterness and packaged in no glue or staples tea bags. It's all natural using pure 100% raspberry leaf.

Rasperry leaf tea has a pleasant, light black tea flavor and is caffeine free. The Buddah's Herbs brand seems very comparable to the brands I've purchased at health food stores, but is easy and economical to purchase online. I drink two cups a day for the first part of my menstrual cycle and have noticed an increased thickening of my uterine lining (going through fertility treatment). Full disclosure: after my first order the company sent me an offer of a free order if I were to write a review - I suppose it's hard to get people to review tea, and either way, this is a product I would recommend

This tea is EXCELLENT - I LOVE it! This is my second order and I can not wait to receive it. I tried another brand from the store and was sorry I didn't place my reorder sooner. There was a HUGE difference in taste/potency. I am NOT a tea drinker and I thought I would have to add sugar in order to drink it but that was not the case. I add a slice of lemon and enjoy. My sister is now enjoying it too! This tea is not only wonderful but it also aids with heavy cycles and that was an added +++ Will continue to order in the future as long as the excellence in quality remains :-)

It is important to first note that this tea IS 100% Pure Raspberry LEAF tea. There are other "Raspberry teas" that do not contain any raspberry leaf and will not have the same benefits in supporting a healthy pregnancy, labor and delivery. I haven't had it as a hot tea yet but have made a big pitcher of iced tea with raw honey and it is delicious. I would highly recommend to anyone pregnant or any other women looking to naturally support the female system. Even my husband enjoy a glass of "lady tea" as he calls it!!! ;) p.s. I'm a few weeks (at most) away from delivering my second child and will update my review again letting everyone know if the tea did have a positive effect on my labor and delivery (less painful labor and less bleeding after).

I bought this brand of tea because it was cheaper than the Yogi brand. The tea is good but I have to use 2 bags in the same amount of water to get the same strength as 1 bag of The Yogi brand raspberry leaf tea. The Yogi brand tea is much better quality and even tastes fresher. I would not buy the Buddha’s Herbs brand again.

Really good smooth and tasty! At first I thought I would have to add something extra to the tea to make it tasty, but it’s actually delicious by itself even without sugar.

This is my second time buying this tea from Buddha's Herbs. I used it while trying to get pregnant back in May, and I got pregnant that month. While obviously I cannot prove that this tea helped with that, it did seem ironic that I had tried in the months before and nothing happened until drinking the tea consistently. I have also been drinking at least two cups a day in preparation for delivery in a week or two hoping that the tea will help in that arena too. I am not a big tea drinker and normally have to sweeten my teas, but I do not even need sugar with this tea. It is a high quality tea, and I would recommend it.
