Always wanted a Boker -- This particular model has all the features with which I was looking - A light, short-bladed, but durable, EDC with a superior, serrated blade. This fits the bill in all requirements.

I love this knife. Perfect size and fits compactly on my belt without rubbing or damaging my pants. This subcom 2.0 blade is made of D2 steel, which is a very hard steel; great for blade retention. However, it is NOT corrosion-resistant. AUS-8 is (the subcom 1.0) better steel if you plan to get this wet often. For what it is, this is a great knife as an everyday carry that won't get too wet. Some reviewers mention the corrosion and did not understand the blade material.
