Simply Silk Beading Thread Size 00 (0.006 Inch 0.15mm) Spool 695 Yards Compasible with 15/0 11/0 Seed Beads (White)

I saw this technique was used by the Lycoming Aircraft Company to seal their engine cases. So I figured I would give it a go. I used this thread to help seal a leaky throw out bearing plate on an aluminum case transmission. I used the proper Loctite 519 sealant with the single filament of thread around the exterior, I bolted the cover on finger tight and waited 24 hours. I then torqued the cover to specification. No more leaking.

Breaks right away.

This thread is perfect for my daughters seed beading projects. She makes bracelets and purses. The thread is strong and thin. It fits perfectly through the 11/0 beads.

The product is as advertised but if you do alot of beadwork like I do then this is not the kind of thread I recommend. Although it's strong, it knots up alot even waxed it still knots up making beadwork look sloppy and uneven.

Fine, strong thread. I am restringing some intricate antique bead work, and this will do it.

Not quite what I received. Thought I was getting a spool for beading my Native beadwork. Nope. Thread is too thick to make a 2nd pass through my standard (11's) seed beads on peyote stitch without breaking nor did it come on spool as pictured. Came on a quarter sized/shape plastic spool. And a very minimal amount. Perhaps quarter the amount on a regular sewers spool of machine thread. Should have gone thru crazy crow.

This was what i needed for my beading project. It is a strong thread and I am glad I ordered it.
