One of the best fire stations we have brought for our 4 years old fireman. When he opened the box he was happy to see the nice size toy with lots of features. It is strong and durable, and not flimsy at all. There is a fire elevator where you put the fire car and it can move up and down. It also comes with fire hydrate with a hose and you can actually fill it with water and when you pump the top it can spray the water out. The push car is also so cute and you can put a firefighter hat on top of it. I saw my little one playing for hours and he was using his imagination, this toy is more of learning for the kids which is the best thing I like.

Little tykes is known for is quality and lasting products, this is a good quality fire engine playset and will encourage imaginative play for pre school children as well as those of primary age. My nephew is 5 and my niece is 2 and they had great fun playing with it.It woukd make a great gift.Would definitely recommend.The price reflects the quality of this product.

A bigger than expected and well packaged toy.This will be a big hit this christmas.Durable and well made plastics.Adding the other sets to this, kids will adore this.So much fun potential here.

This set comes with the firestation, fire truck, hydrant and a little plastic BBQ. The firestation itself is good, it has a little lift inside for the little car to sit on and you turn a wheel for the lift to go up. However I have found that as the lift goes up the car easily gets stuck and won't go to the top, you have to manually adjust it as it goes up, this is a shame and really spoils the experience. It is also very plastic based so it's quite light and you have to be careful or it moves about. Also I can't reel in the hose at the front, no matter how hard I try it just won't reel in. It is bright and cheerful though and I like how the little fire truck gets to the bottom it rolls of the lift a little. Our daughter has really enjoyed the fire truck though going up and down the lift, even if you do have to adjust it.The little firetruck is cute and wheels nicely along the floor, it doesn't do anything else though. It is plastic and light weight but has a charm.The BBQ is a bit rubbish, it feels cheap and is very light, you just open up the lid and push up the flame, not great but as an added extra you can't complain.The fire hydrant for me is the best part, you put it in water and pull up the top to fill it and then push the top down and it squirts water out, it's a lot of fun though each fill is short lived, our daughter loves it and I got quite wet.It is a pretty fun set, though it does have some flaws and is not as well thought out as it could be, feels a bit like a prototype in places rather than a finished product.

My son has the Little Tikes car and loves it so this toy was very entertaining for him. It is a small set and is themed as a garage / firestation. The parts are very safe, chunky and made of plastic and I have checked there is no risk of choking on any small parts if they are over 3 years old. The truck can be pushed and moved and if you press it down it will squeak. There are loud noises or sounds and no batteries are required. The set seems robust enough although some of the plastic is thinner and flimsy compared to some other toys we have from tomy and fisher price. Still a nice set though and my son likes it.

Much enjoyed excellent quality set and lots of play pieces and ideas for enjoyment- works well in or outdoor setting- great value and quality.

Our nearly five year old likes this fire station and enjoyed playing with it. The only issue we had was that the fire hydrant is supposed to pump water by sucking it up and then pushing it back down to pump it out. I could barely pump it up and down myself, let alone my son! and it was a real struggle and then a disappointment that he couldn't do it.. I wish I hadn't try and show him how it worked as he was very happy not knowing it was an actual working hydrant, compared to knowing it worked but only I was strong enough to pump it!Apart from that the fire engine is fun with his hat and squeaks when you push down on him, and the twisting lift in the fire station works well too. All in all a good set and hopefully it was only us that got a duff hydrant but it did slightly kill the fun factor for our little one and it was defiantly two stars worth of disappointment to knock off.
