I use this as directed, along with Colgate Optic White on an Oral B spinbrush, and Therabreath to finish off. Get ready for that strong chlorine taste, but you get used to it. I've always struggled with bad breath and gingevitus no matter what I'd do or how I'd change my routine, and this new routine is a total and complete game changer. My mouth has never felt cleaner and the fresh breath that I get in this routine genuinely and surprisingly lasts for hours.

Yes, this is extremely effective. Follow the directions and make it a part of your overall oral health regimen, don't try to make it a stand alone solution, it doesn't work that way- nothing does. The first bottle should have a double dose of the agent in it (per the directions) and you should use it religiously. You will see results but only if you get serious about your overall oral health. See a dentist, get the deep clean, you will not like it because it is uncomfortable but it is necessary. Floss and get used to it. It gets better, trust me. Use oral probiotics daily, look around on Amazon and get the one with the most cultures. And, finally, use this stuff, you will not regret it. It works, plain and simple. If the oral care has been a haphazard thing for you and you are suffering the consequences, both socially and physically, you have come to the right place but you must take this seriously and make this product a part of your overall oral health regimen. I rarely leave reviews, but I decided to for this product. Honestly the taste I not the best, kind of have some bleach taste to it, however, it does the work very well, you can see the difference after just one use. I don’t think the taste should matter when you are getting the expected outcome. Will definitely keep using it and recommend it.

Seems to work well. My dentist has me using it to prevent gum disease. The 3-pack came with a decent tongue scraper, and a cheap plastic measuring cup that was so thin it got crushed during shipping. That's a strange extra to include with something that presents as a premium product. Oh well.

This stuff actually worked for me! My kids will now come close to me and even hug and kiss me! I purchased the starter kit which came with 3 bottles and 4 of the little packets your supposed to mix in each bottle (1 packet per bottle) with one extra packet of you want to make an “extra strength” bottle. I made my first bottle and tried it and the next day decided to add the extra packet to make it extra strength. I would not recommend doing this as it will be very strong. Also, it worked just fine without the extra packet mixed in. The taste: really t tastes like chlorine, imagine swallowing pool water except much stronger..not gross but not the best thing either. Overall, I am giving this product 5 stars because it works and I’m using a lot less than they recommend (half as much). Buy this if your breath stank.

I'm giving this product 4 stars, but only because I just got it and used it twice now. Because I've tried so many things to get rid of my chronic problem with halitosis, I'm leery of believing anything is going to work. With that said, this product has been different right out of the gate. Why? Because it not only got rid of my halitosis on the first use, but I've noticed that the white coating on my tongue has been replaced with a healthy, red tongue. For those of you wondering...no, I do not or did not have thrush. But if you suffer from halitosis, I would be willing to bet you have a white coating on your tongue. I think that's the overgrowth of bacteria personally. I know several people who ALWAYS have good breath and I have noticed that they all have a nice, healthy looking red tongue. It has to be the lack of bacteria overgrowth. Anyway, I have also noticed that I have a little more saliva flowing now. It's making me realize that I probably also had chronic dry mouth. I'm telling you...I am flabbergasted at this product so far. I will come back in a week or so and update this review. So far, I love this product! Also...for those of you with atopic syndrome (unending allergies to everything on the face of the earth) this stuff does not trigger my allergies/eczema, etc. Praise the Lord! So happy! Update: I've used this product for almost a week now. I'm no longer sure that a tongue with a white coating can be equated to halitosis. Sometimes my tongue does appear to have a light white coating, but my breath is considerably better. I've not asked anyone to smell my breath, but I can certainly tell the taste in my mouth is no longer toxic and I can also tell myself that my breath has improved leaps and bounds. I am sad to say, however, that this product DOES trigger my eczema and allergies. The moment I use it in the morning and all day long my eyes are watery, my eyelids are itchy and have a slight crusting by evening and I have nasal drainage all day. So once again, here's yet another product that my atopic nature does NOT like. I haven't decided what I'm going to do with this product - whether I'll keep using it or send it back. I am suffering a little with the allergies. And I do still feel like after I eat I have to brush my teeth or chew gum, but my breath has improved. It's a toss up on what is worth more to me. I'm changing my four star rating to three because this product is not 100% perfect. Also, I'm not 100% sure it's good to be swallowing this product, even if it is in miniscule amounts. You can't help but to ingest a smidgeon of it with gargling and residue left in your mouth.

I've struggled with Halitosis for most of my adult life and everything from toothpaste to mouthwash to tongue brushes helped temporarily. After a month and a half of Pro Fresh, I can honestly say that I'm amazed at how well this product works. One of the cons you'll read about this product is the taste. Sure, it has a slight chemical taste, but if you can't ~1 take a minute of swishing this wonder-potion in your mouth because of the taste, then your problem is probably not that serious. For me, the embarrassment that Pro Fresh saves me from is well worth minute or two of that peculiar taste in my mouth. I've tested my breath on my wife and she was still conscious on both occasions, so she can attest to the effectiveness of this product. All-in-all, I will continue to purchase this product because to me, it is worth it.

I bought this product before years back. However this purchase was not what expected. The ingredients are different it doesn’t work like it used to. Very much a waste of money! Do not buy.
