Worst purchase ever, it only worked for 2 weeks and suddenly stopped turning on both the battery and the screen are damaged

Very very difficult to use
I assumed this would be like a regular flip phone and no. Even with instructions, simply opening the battery area was a mix of "did I break it" and "I will definitely crack something if I do that". When in reality, it's built like a coral shell, purposefully hard to open.Charging is usb B.Display is wasted space.Internet promise either horrible difficult to do or doesn't exist.Very complicated to use even being considered "tech savvy".
