Screen went out after 2 months. GAWFOLK WILL NOT ANSWER.There are red dots all over the screen, it flickers in and out, all display ports have failed so I can't use the monitor at all.Loved this monitor until I realized the company will not honor their 12month warranty. The address on their website is fake, no phone number, all issues go unanswered. I have never left a bad review until now.UPDATE #1: For 2 weeks I have been given the runaround. They tell you, dont worry you can speak to our colleagues and promise to send a new monitor. They dont tell you what they are sending, when they are sending it, etc. At this point it seems like a scam. If I receive a replacement Ill change my review.

Unboxed and setup was pretty straightforward to my surprise the colors looked brighter and more vibrant than my old monitor which works but was smaller. Id would give it 5 stars if it had built in speakers like my old monitor

My son uses it for gaming connected to Xbox one. No issues and resolution is wonderful. Color is perfect with no adjustments needed from default.

Now here are the facts. I'm not a teenager nor much of a gamer, and with that in mind this was a surprisingly nice monitor. Max screen resolution is 1920x1080. This is not only the recommended resolution but is the upper limit of the possible resolutions. The color is crisp, and the image quality is very good considering the price point. It should be said that due to this 1920x1080 resolution limit, this thing is ginormous. I had to set the icon sizes to small and reduce scaling from the recommended 150% to 125%. After these adjustments I got past the "sitting at the drive in movie" feeling. I'm running this at 75hz. Why? I'm not sure but it works fine. I'm running this monitor off a Radeon RX570. I have played a few games of War Robots (set at 60FPS, thats it's max) and the experience is beautiful. I replaced a 27" monitor with this 32", so I'm used to a larger monitor, but the difference is noticeable. As I've used this for several hours, I can't speak to is longevity, but I'd buy it again.

When received the monitor it was missing screws to mount the stand.In communication with the third party. They responded promptly, asked a few questions and requested pictures so to assess the situation.Once they had all the info then they sent out next day a sturdy monitor stand that is much better than what originally came with the monitor.All I needed was 4 screws and they went above and beyond by sending me the awesome stand.The monitor is easy to connect and has beautiful quality, sharp and crisp pictures.Fits my needs.Thank you Gawfolk Customer Service for your exceptional service and support.
