Great night camera.
This is a fine inexpensive night vision device. Works very well in day or night. Image was clear at night,oy limited by the IR light. Great for camping. Well worth the money.

Great for the price!
Been using this on the countryside and despite all of the fog and bush, it works well

Good for the price
Most night vision under $200 are all about the same the difference being screen size and features other than the actual “vision” part. It functions well and its compact size makes it easy to pack and carry. The optics could be better but will focus with careful adjustment. All in all a good product for the price.

Average at Best
Works OK for the money but not even close compared to more expensive models.

Okay, but not impressed.
These are definitely low end night vision. Very grainy and need good external light source to see well, so no moon nights will leave you disappointed.

Good for the price
Let me start by saying: for the price this is decent night vision. It is an IR responsive unit, not starlight, so you will have to use the IR all the time to be able to see anything. Now, up front let me say I would have given this 5 stars, as $50 night vision is unheard of, but it has a fatal flaw that I feel was easily avoidable: the view is zoomed in something like 2-4x and you cannot zoom it out. Again, for the price I consider this the only major discrepancy. It has a digital display, not an eyepiece, so it's not something that you can hold up to your eye and look through, it's just a viewer. You have to hold it away from you and look at the display, like a camcorder, so it basically fries your natural night vision. If you're looking for something you can wear around or navigate while walking, forget it. You need to drop a couple grand for a good set of those. But for a simple, bare minimum viewer this is a decent unit.
