The media could not be loaded. I attached it to a cross bar on my rear rack. As a shorter rider, there's not enough seat stem to attach it and be visible above the rear rack. The item comes with two black zip ties to attach when the stem bracket isn't used. Note that the zip tie snapped when I pulled on it firmly so I needed to use my own zip ties. There are holes to use on the light for zip ties but they're slightly too small for a 3mm standard small zip ties and the 2mm zip ties felt flimsy. There's enough space in the holes to slip in two 2 mm ties in each hole, so I did that to make it a bit more secure. (I used UV rated zip ties so it wouldn't get brittle with exposure to sun and heat. Let's see how that goes.) The light can be twisted off the bracket to charge, which seems convenient, but if someone knows the alarm can be twisted off, they could conceivably remove the sounding alarm and dispose of it. The manufacturer thought of this it appears and included a way to install a small screw (provided) on the back of the bracket to the alarm to prevent this action, if you choose. Remember to install the screw before you attaching the light to tour bike. Also, when considering where to install the light (with twist off nullified) place the light in such a way that the charging cord can still be inserted while the light is in place (see photo of cord in place at bottom of light with enough room above the rear fender to insert the plug in the charging port). There are 4 modes as shown in my video. According to the user manual, the first two modes are set to automatically turn off the light when the bike is still for 30 seconds or so. I prefer the 2nd slow pulse as my default setting. I'm told by people who ride behind me that it's clearly visible so that's good. The alarm volume is sufficiently loud to cause attention, but I'm not sure you'd be able to hear it if you're inside and the bike is parked far away. Perhaps it is, just havent teated it as I usually park the bike nearby where I've stopped (like a restaurant patio). On the most sensitive setting, the warning beep does trigger with small movement which i hope will be deterence enough. Overall pleased with the item.

This is a good tail light. It is a good alarm, albeit a little pointless as an alarm. As a light it works good. Bright, has enough functions (solid, pulsing, breathing, blinking, blah blah). It is not too big, it is rechargeable and seems to last a long time. It has an easy on/off swivel mount. Screws on to seat post (or tie wraps on) and hold very well. But any crook can just twist it off toss it and head off with your bike (sad face)... you can use a small screw to hold the alarm to the mount, but then you have to charge on the bike, or remove the small screw every time to charge or remove e the hole mount (which is a little bit of a pain to install.But it is a deturent for dumb criminals. You move the bike slightly and the alarm chirps. Move it more and it goes off! It is loud, and flashes when sounding. Again, one good punch or swipe and it will be knocked off the bike, but whatcha gonna do. Make it all out of metal and it will be atheist double or triple the price, but it would be worth it I think. It is all plastic now, if it were all metal, it would be way more advantageous alarm. Either way, at the current price it is worth it, at double the price all metal it would be wroth it, at the current price, all metal it would be WAY WORTH IT. Ps. The remote is plastic, light, but works really well.

Love this item. This is the 3rd time I've bought one they've all been excellent . Don't loose the f.o.b. !

Loud little alarm , I caught three guys early one morning stealing my electric trike if it wasn't for this alarm I never would have recovered my bike! Great little alarm I love this super easy to install ear to control with wireless remote great stopping light nice and bright " oh and another idiot tried stealing the light it scared the crap out of him he dropped it and ran like crazy I laughed so hard that day I love this thing and a great deal so affordable you be crazy not to buy this light alarm stop light all in one I'm thinking of getting another one for my new ebike that ordered from Amazon for sure getting another one of these great alarms I totally recommend this to everyone great investment for sure if you ask me it way under priced seriously " thank you thank you for this alarm

The smart light has several functions I really appreciate and the alarm has several modes to chose. The alarm is sensitive to touch with a warning, but when the alarm is set off works as great at deterring thieves.

It is as advertised. It's loud. It's bright. Alarm goes off as advertised too. Had it for a few days now and the battery hasn't needed recharging. Do recommend you charge fully before use.

Not as strong of illumination as desired. NiteRider brand has a stronger lumens for the tail light.only had a few day, not able to say about length of life of unit.Alarm does work
