These masks worked well and stayed chill for at least 20 minutes. I had alot of bruising and needed to switch out. The mask with holes allows you to watch TV while u r wearing .

I've two eye issues going on, one needing warm treatments, one needing cold. These take good care of me, I like the one with the eye holes when I want at least a little treatment but still want to see to do things. For me, if I find it's not too hot/cold, maybe I've already worn then awhile, I'll flip the headstrap around and put the plastic side against my face and it's still comfortable. I have a friend needing warm only eye treatments so I sent some to her, too, and she absolutely loves them. Well done, Luxtude!

If you're looking for something to stay cold for more than 10 min. you need to move on from this. Cold at first, but warms very fast.

I used these after recent eyelid surgery . The solid one was more comfortable and effective in cooling than the one with openings even if you couldn"t see.

I had facial surgery and this was very soothing,comfortable and worked well for my needs. I would highly recommend. The temperature stayed cold for about a hour but it is a very hot summer. Fits comfortable on my big head lol. Shapes will to my face.

This item broke the first time I tried using it. The plastic seam opened up while spilling out all over the bed. The beads ruptured and went into my clothing as well as my bedding. This also created a hazard for my kitten who could have easily eaten them. The fit, softness and comfortability was fine but the double seal was poorly executed resulting in my having to throw the entire item out. Unfortunately I waited to use mine after the 30 day return window so nothing could be done. Extremely frustrating and very disappointing.

The one with the cut outs is not a favorite. The eye cut-outs are too large, and it doesn't heat the lash area. The solid one it nice. The heat lasts a long time. It is comfortable, and I can arrange it so only one eye is covered at a time. You need a microwave to heat it, so it is not useful in hotel rooms. I wish that they made these for one eye at a time.
