My significant other loves these wrist weights and uses them almost every day. He wears them while doing things like walking around the house, running errands, and even just cleaning up. He's noticed a big difference in how strong his upper body is. He is a very busy person so he likes that he's getting stronger without having to go to the gym more often. If you want to fit in some extra resistance training during the day, I highly recommend this.

These are perfect. I have huge hands, over 10-in spread from thumb to pinky, I use these on my walks at 3 lb for an amazing bicep pump at the end of 4 MI. 6,000 steps, conservatively 2500 bicep pumps for each arm. At the end of my walk my biceps are exploding and the burn is real. Thumb grip is not a hinder, and fits loosely, and does not pinch as long as you put the weights all the way up against the bottom of your hands where they're supposed to be. You need these

These wrist weights are well-constructed and comfortable to wear. Size fits large wrists. Velcro is strong and can be secured as tightly as desired for light to vigorous workouts. This item deserves 5 stars, but my impaired proprioception makes it awkward to manage threading velcro strap through the beneficial metal leverage ring. To the designers, I suggest adding a non-velcro tab or loop to the end of the velcro strap to make it easier to grab, thread, and remove for my uncommon condition. This personal issue aside, I whole heartedly endorse and recommend these wrist weights.

These weights for really well. Work even better while I walk or jog. I would buy them again.

Bought the 3lbs, for walking and shoulder exercises. Comfortable, easy to put on, high quality. I recommend finding the right fit, and then keeping that fitting, and taking them off like a glove or a sock, so that you just put them on again, without having to re-strap. Doing to re-strapping each time is not easy with 3lbs. Highly recommended.

Just received them and excited to try n get some arm strength and I’m confined to bed and they don’t close not matter how I try the Velcro doesn’t stay put. Took me longer than expected to figure out how to use the Velcro and I think I finally got it right not good for anyone with mobility issues especially trying to put these on by yourself

These work great so I don't have to use a soup can. Three pounds is heavier than I thought and I should have ordered two pounds.
