This one is really durable and good looking. I wasted too many kitchen timers because they are broken very easily. This one is very functional and the noise level is sufficent. I could not live without it.

Works well, just remember, it's effectively clockwork, for short duration timings, one has to continue well past the desired time to wind the device up then return it back to the desired time.
