Nice looking.
Use it several times a day for tea. Bottled water only. I dont want to ruin it with scale. I would have designed the on switch differently. Seems flimsy/odd. I baby it

Pros and cons
Very attentive looking on countertop in black. Easy no mess pour. Holds fair amount of water. Noisy when heating and the heat switch will NOT disengage automatically when you lift the kettle off its base prior to reaching full temperature. Beware of this as kettle will continue to heat after placing it back on the base.

Dont buy it
Only bought this kettle in April. Too late to return it and it started leaking from the fill window. Water all over the counter. It is also dangerous. When you are pouring the handle flips and I scoulded myself with boiling water. Hate this kettle total waste of money. Would give negative stars if I could

First class
This is a first class tea kettle with style. The noise level is neal to none as I never hear the auto shut off take effect. It’s fast and elegant no doubt. Though its light weight i would like to have seen it a bit more heavier weight for it to be more retro like. Only my opinion, you want be disappointed at all! Most happy for the purchase!
