These tablets work really well and it does a great job with keeping the lines free and clear of gook. I haven’t had any issues with buildup since I’ve started using these. They’re very easy to use. Just drop it in the condensation pump and it will dissolve and do its intended job. They are a bit pricey, but for what you spend on a HVAC unit, it’s worth it.

Since I started doing my own HVAC maintenance I realized I needed something to handle the downtime in the colder months. I use these in 2 specific spots that usually cause trouble. I drop them in the floor drain for the condensate line that doesn't get water in the winter and also right into the condensate pump that sits idle. It works perfectly to keep that nasty growth out so I don't end up with weird smells or clogs when I start things back up. The tabs are small enough to fit right in the opening without forcing it. It is a cheap way to avoid a really gross cleanup job later.

the item works well, just a note to the seller, it is a very small item put in a very large box. Looking out for the environment, it could have been shipped in a small package.

In Florida, it is an essential item. Saved money on service calls and the aggravation of a clogged drainage line. Highly recommended, I am so glad I found this item.

Do you have a condensation pump? Do you use a HVAC ? I put one every two months in my pump ( useually used near heating system) There is usually one hole in pump cover not used. Drop one in there. If you never have done that.. open yours up and look at scum.. using these gone and since I did this from day one on our 9 year old system and the hose that carries the water away is practically clear. Now the AC I have the unit , in my attic, drain into our gutter. Last few years I noticed scum at down spout. Knowing how it cleared up condensation pump I put one in unit. After a while scum gone. I now do that once a month during AC season.

Update: I am not sure what’s wrong with this batch because the batch I used during the summer did not disintegrate this fast. I placed 2 tabs as directed and I checked a couple of days later and they are all dissolved. I think this product works... but wow something must have changed. It’s pretty pricey compare to others in the market as well. Previous: I havent had a problem since I have been using this. Our line was blocked and we had to get it cleared - then we used these tabs... it’s the height of summer (hot/humid/rainy) and AC is on most of the time...

I have used the foam spray for the A/C unit and it works wonderful. No rinse foam, I wiped it out after it sat for awhile. I was skeptical and now I'm a believer. Air smells cleaner in apt. I wondered why mine and the dogs allergies were acting up. No more coughing,sneezing,runny nose and wheezing from me and her. Worth buying.
