My chiropractor recommended I get these. The first brand I bought was too long, so the tension wasn’t applying. These were much smaller and better for my legs. The tension is pretty light, and I have small legs. They could maybe step them up just a little more for resistance. They stay in place really well though. Great value over all.

Would not recommend directly on skin, as it kind of bites, but plenty of bands are like that anyway. No biting whatsoever with just a layer on underneath the band, even if you're doubling/tripling/quadrupling up bands, which is awesome. As long as you're wearing something underneath, they're totally comfortable.They do have a strong rubber smell when first taking them out of the packaging , which is totally expected with rubber. Just space and leave them out for a couple days or so and its just vanishes entirely on its own for these.Been making consistent progress with the bands, each one has held up for nearly 4 months now with zero sign of wear or losing its resistance. A pack of the black ones and a pack of the multi color/"weights" bands basically lets you do the equivalent of larger plates + your incremental smaller plates. Overall impressed with the quality thus far. Highly recommend.

These bands work great. Fabric bands feel so much better than latex. Nice assortment of strengths for any use.

These are, for the most part, great bands. I love having color and resistance options. They're easy to throw in a gym bag or store and they're super durable. That said, they are pretty thick and the material is kind of scratchy, so on bare legs they can feel a little uncomfortable. They also roll.

These bands are used for exercise and resistance for rehabilitation they are great quality and they hold their shape much better than the elastic bands

They are very secure and efficient. I was not sure about how they would work since they are made out of cloth. They are very sturdy.

I have had these for 9 months and use weekly. They have held up well (see picture). They do not stretch out over time.

Good product. Does what I wanted. Stays where you put it.
