Pros: great taste, energy without a crash, no dyesCons: how healthy really are energy drinks?I was looking for a "healthy" energy drink that I could use to replace my water enhancer and didn't have any dyes. This one fit the bill. Its on the pricier side compared to other options but its not the most expensive one out there. It works without the crash typical of energy drinks. They're carbonated and similar to Sprite in terms of texture. I can't comment on caffeine sensitivity since the only time I was sensitive to caffeine was after I had my son and I initially started drinking caffeine again. Overall, I like these enough to subscribe and save so I'll always have some on hand. As a mom who is the primary parent and works full time with a career, I can't live without some form of caffeine.

Really great taste and superb caffeine kick! Tastes more like a real watermelon flavor vs a candied watermelon like the vast majority of the other watermelon energy drinks on the market. 200mg of caffeine is great to have when you need a jolt to make it through the day. I would absolutely recommend this drink to anyone who wants a more "true" watermelon flavor. Another great perk of these energy drinks are the ingredients that specifically help improve focus and help mental clarity! The carbonation level is kinda high but it's not terrible. The effectiveness of these can't be denied!

These are my must have in daytime errands. clean no sugar and always yummy.C4 is my only product I will use in a large variety of brands coming out and so having to do drug tests for job as a victims advocate in Law Enforcement . these are safe as many new ones and some older brands have been making some not pass drug tests. No crash afterwards either.

Smaller than the original cans you buy at the store, but save money with the price they have it listed so worth it.

I was so disappointed when MT Dew AMP discontinued their Passionfruit flavor. Now, years later, I finally found a perfect substitute! I love the flavor and I like the energy it gives me - better than other energy drinks, in my opinion.

I know every one has different taste buds but for me I LOVE the black cherry Zero smartenergy flavor I've been ordering these for 3 months now and I quite drinking coffee and just stick to these. Great pick me up for the start of my days and love drinking them right before a work out. I also don't ever feel the crash like with a regular energy drink. I also like how it doesn't give me the jitters. And yes it's been a perfect aid in my weight loss journey.

Please read if you experienced side effects of other C4 drinks.I had originally purchased a 12 pack of C4 Performance Energy Drink | JOLLY RANCHER Watermelon. After about 3 gulps, my face became very warm and started to itch. Never had a side effect like that with anything in my life. Freaked me out and I threw out the entire 12 pack.Later I did some research and found out that the ingredient that can cause that is the presence of beta-alanine in the drink.I was going to avoid ALL C4 drinks forever, but found out they had this version instead. I bought this 12 pack and it has been great! ZERO side effects, no jitters and gives you a nice smooth energy boost for those afternoons when you feel like you are dragging. SO, if you tried another C4 drink like I had but did not like how it made you feel, try this one, it was a world of difference.
