I wanted to take this because I've never taken a garlic supplement and I've always wanted to, so I thought I'd give this one a try. It has quite a few ingredients in this one supplement, which I like. Who wants to take 7 supplements instead of 1? Not me! I also liked that one bottle gave me a 3 month supply!I'm happy that I'm not one who is turned off by the strong smell of garlic, because this smells very strongly of garlic indeed. It didn't stop me from taking it, however I did have to be careful when storing them, because I use a med box and if I put one of these capsules in with other supplements or medication, all of them would have a slight garlic odor and taste to them when I'd get around to taking that day's supplements! lolI didn't feel any different while taking these, but they didn't hurt me neither. Overall, I recommend these.

They are easy to swallow and the capsules have several ingredients. I have noticed I do not have as severe pain as I did before so they seem to help my inflamation.

Kind of misleading, it is actually made in India.Also has a strong garlic smell that seeps out of your skin after a while.No Thanks.

Strong garlic odor which you kept tasting after you swallowed it. Caused stomach pain so I never took after the one dose.

I have been taking this for 15 days now. I am taking it as directed on the bottle, 1 capsule per day. I have had some physical issues that seem to have improved. My diet has improved drastically during the same period and I am exercising more so some of the things I feel have improved may be a result of that. So, what I can say is that I really feel like I have improved during the last 15 days, in the categories that are listed on the back of the bottle. Mostly with my digestion.The pills are much like most other supplements to swallow. Sort of a green-brown color. The safety seal was made to be easily removed. The capsules smell like garlic and taste like garlic, not an overpowering smell or taste but it is the only flavor I detect.All in all, for the price, it is a great deal for a 90 day supply!
