Wife immediately noticed a reduction in snoring. A little uncomfortable at first. Would recommend that you buy the stage 1 and then buy the stage 2 if needed. Stage 2 is more aggressive in pulling the lower jaw forward.This device uses your teeth for leverage, can make your teeth hurt because of this. If you have a heavy overbite the stage 2 is too much

This is not good if your teeth are not perfect. My bottom teeth are not horrible but they’re not perfectly aligned and they hurt every morning when I wear this thing. My husband has also said that my snoring has barely changed so the pain is not worth it.I have used other appliances that were bulkier but they worked. Initial feel of this is nice in comparison but the “good” stopped there. I also find myself drooling a LOT with this where I didn’t with others

My husband says it works for me. Ha! He said he does not hear me snoring throughout the night anymore. My jaw is temporarily sore for a few minutes when I take it out though. It leaves an impression in my lips which is also sore for a few minutes when removed.

Sales Ad I seen has to be fake. I am very dissatisfied with this product! I would love to be able to go back and never have purchased this product. Either size didn’t work and very very uncomfortable even after following directions. Mouth constantly filling with saliva. Mint cleaner has pleasant taste is only good thing with this order. I sure wish I could send this back it is of no use to me but won’t be getting any more money from me.

This might work great for some people, but my teeth moved too easily and after just a few nights my top and bottom teeth were hitting. It was easy to use, light and fairly comfortable. Not bulky at all. However, because it's not a "boil and bite" style that conforms to your teeth, it pushed back on just the front teeth in the top and lower jaw in order to move the lower jaw forward. It did a good job at that, but the pressure on my teeth was very painful by morning, and my teeth moved too much.

I’m not overweight and I don’t have sleep apnea, but I do snore at least 30% of the night regardless of sleeping position. If you have the SnoreLab app, I never get louder than mid-yellow range and am mostly in high green or low yellow which, unfortunately, is enough to disturb my beloved’s sleep and therefore quite problematic. The level 1 device made absolutely no difference at all in my snoring. It was reasonably comfortable, though, and I perceived that I slept quite well with it in place. 5 stars for comfort for the level 1. The level 2 was too aggressive for me; it put so much pressure on my lower teeth that I couldn’t tolerate it for more than a minute or so. Plus it moved my jaw so far forward that I felt it was trying to dislocate. So, level 2 was too uncomfortable to try long enough to even start to try to get used to it. No stars for level 2. The listing says that one cannot return it, but after noting that, in my review, I was contacted almost immediately by customer service, who offered me a full refund. This device didn’t work for me, but it might work for you.

For me personally, there was no tooth or jaw pain after use. My problem was that my wife took a video of me for testing purposes and I could still hear myself snoring like crazy. As hard as times are these days I for one can say this company is ripping people off…70$ for some plastic and a bottle of foam that neither one works

I was tired of trying different inexpensive solutions to address my snoring. It was driving my wife crazy and I knew that I had to do something about it. There are so many products that it's confusing so I figured I would start at the higher end of things with a company that guaranteed results. If it worked, it would be worth every penny. If it didn't they would take it back. I looked at Z-Quiet and the Zyppah. I ultimately chose this since I did not have to deal with the fitting process. I downloaded the Snore Lab app and took measurements for 3 days prior to using the ZQuiet and my numbers were between 35 and 33. The first day of using the smaller size ZQuiet my number went down to 14...and then to 11 and finally 9! I have not tried the larger size, which will even bring it down more, since my wife is now happy with the result. I am much more refreshed in the morning as well.When I first used it I took a bit to get used to but now I don't even think about it. I bought the entire kit with the cleaner, 2-sizes and case. If you look at the pricing and think it's a lot of a couple of pieces of plastic you are correct, but it's the engineering and effectiveness that you are paying for. $100 to end my snoring and not have to sleep in another room is a fine value. I just wish that I did it earlier.
