Comfortable, Effective, and Easy to Use
I’ve been using the Aroma Season heated eye mask for a couple of weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s comfortable, easy to use, and the heat is just right for relaxing tired eyes. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my eye strain, especially after long hours in front of the computer. The quality is excellent, and it heats up quickly. I also appreciate the adjustable settings, which let me control the temperature and timing. It feels very soothing before bedtime, and helps me fall asleep faster.Highly recommend this product for anyone dealing with dry eyes, tension, or simply needing some relaxation!

Works well to provide controller warmth to the eye
Works well. Easy to use. This is the first time for me trying out an eye relaxer/oil gland conditioning solution. I cannot comment about the oil glands opening yet but is certainly relaxing. The price was ok too. I might buy one more.

Does the job, lavender smells grear, doesn’t make the best contact with full eye area
My eye doctor recommended I get the microwavable eye pillows and use them for 10 min at a time regularly for eye dryness. When I am working on the computer (which is when my eyes are the most dry and fatigued) I am just not likely to get up and go all the way to the kitchen to the microwave. So I wanted to try one of these to see if I would actually use it. I definitely use it way more than I would a microwave eye pillow, and it does a decent job. It is nice that it has a timer for 20 min in case I doze off or forget it turns off. And it stays warm for the entire time rather than starting to cool over time. The lavender insert still smells great. Overall, the product seems to be helping my eyes. The only thing that would be better is if it had more of the rice sack like effect where it contours to your whole eye area. This has a pretty thin and stiff heating element and the only softness comes from a very thin cover and the stiff lavender pouch. So I usually end up needed to put pressure in areas that are not making any contact.

From 2 Stars to 5 Stars
My ophthalmologist has long recommended hot compresses over my eyes for eyelid and other eye conditions. A hot water wash cloth compress only lasts a minute and I would have to sit by the sink to keep refreshing it with hot water. I then found a mask that heats in the microwave. But you have to be very careful when you heat it as one side contains a liquid with beads that heat up in a thin expandable plastic bubble and the soft cotton side goes against your eyes. But that only stays warm for about 5 minutes and also if you heat it a few seconds too long the plastic holding the liquid can spring a leak and a new one is needed. That happened several times, in all more expensive than the Aroma Season mask. While looking for a heated product for another condition, I came across the Aroma Season eye mask. It is the only one like it that I have found. It is excellent.Caveat: initially I was going to give it 2 stars and return it. Following the instructions, when I hit the button to start the heat I could not get it to turn on. Each time I would have to press it repeatedly, sometimes with slow presses and other times fast until it would light to use the time/heat settings. Once on though it always worked excellently. I wrote to the company’s customer service. They responded promptly and offered either an exchange or refund. But once working I liked it very much, so I decided to keep trying a few more days. That was several weeks ago. After the first several days I noticed that the amount of times I would have to press the control, the problem became less frequent. After about 5 days it would light up at the first or second press and it has worked consistently every since on the first press. So my initial disappointed 2 star review is now a very satisfied 5. Hopefully that problem only affected my unit. The mask is very comfortable. It’s very light and portable to take for when I travel. When I use it in bed when I go to sleep (always on the low setting) I have an electric outlet right there. If I wish to use it when in my recliner or elsewhere where I don’t have a ready outlet, I use one of my iPhone portable DC battery chargers. I keep a small spray bottle (bought separately) with a little water in it on my night table to give a little spritz for each eye to give some moist heat over my eyes. I happily recommend this mask both for yourself or as a gift. I am sure you will be as pleased as I am.P.S. I got a second mask which I keep by my easy chair, where I close my eyes during the day to rest them from my reading. It’s nice having another heated mask there for my eyes. Every time I turn it on it starts right up at the first touch. The initial problem I had with the first mask by my bed was no doubt just a new sticky button loosened from a few days’ use. Now happily experiencing two Aroma Season masks, I reiterate my 5 star review and recommendation.

Excellent and handy solution for dry eyes!
This electric eye mask heater is a game changer. I have extremely dry eyes, and need to use heat compresses twice a day. This mask makes it so much easier. You can set the heat to low, medium or high. Set timer for 20,40,60 minutes (20 is perfect, 60 is overkill).I keep it on my nightstand, using it in bed after cleansing my face at night. This electric heated mask is SO much better than running back downstairs to microwave my Bruder mask- which seems to hold heat less and less and the beads have lumped together - with correct usage). After the 20 mins, I dab a little eye cream on and go to sleep. (Repetitive heat on eye skin seems to dry it out)Upon waking, I can again use it for 20 mins, then start my day. I listen to meditation apps or audiobooks while using the mask, or set my alarm for a quick extra little snooze time. After the first use, I noticed that the inside of the mask had absorbed so my face oils, and stained the fabric. So I removed the mask cover, soaked it in Woolite and cool water, and they disappeared. Now I use a Kleenex between my face and the mask to keep it clean.I think the price was quite reasonable, and hope this holds up with daily use. I may buy a backup one for the future, just to have on hand… it’s that good!***After using it a few times, here’s an update. It really helps w/ dry eyes- my eyes feel much better and less dry after using. Now trying to use 2/x per day to improve the dryness.I feel one thing could be improved- if you wish to turn it off earlier than the 20/40/60 minute options, you can’t. It has to be unplugged to do so. Not a big deal, but leaving it turned on after I’ve removed it from my eyes, seems like a potential hazard.
