I purchased this for my friend who wants to work on her legs and inner thighs. She raves about it so it was a good purchase.

I bought this item because I kept seeing Instagram ads about products just like it or very similar. It was "worth a try" is what I kept thinking in my head. To be honest I'm not mad at this at all because it works exactly how it's designed to. But the design would fit you best if you're about 6 feet tall. For example, lifting the bar to do curls while your feet hold the straps won't work so well if you're 5'8 like me. I had to cross the straps and spread my legs wide just to come to a reasonable position where the line isn't loos and the bar doesn't go over my head easy. Will update with photos later!

I just wished it had a way to adjust the length

Such a great set to have for home workouts. You can customize the weight/resistance amount. I also find that if I modify some things it works for so many more workouts without needing additional equipment.

i have been using this bar a little over a month now. i absouletly love it. i enojy the work outs and find that they are very effective.

Really easy to use and put together. The resistance is light so, if you are not looking for much of a resistance this is the set for you. If you are wanting a strong resistance, this is not for you.

I like it because you can use it for a variety of fitness exercises. I wish it came with more resistance bands, but you can pick up what you need typically from any store that sells fitness items to add to it. Great purchase overall and it's become a part of my normal routine!
